Bad work in my second monitor.

Absolutely worth it! great wallpapers, quality is awesome.. Id like to have a function like do not like this wallpaper/do not show me this wallpaper, because of course I can like and favorite some, but I also like to not show on my desktop the wallpapers that doesnt match with my style. So I propose a feature like "add to favorites" but with the opposite function..

Kuvva is conceptually pretty awesome. It automatically changes your desktop wallpaper to images from their curated feed. The difference here is that clicking on notifications (or the appropriate menu item) will take you to a page on Kuvvas site where they host a small bio on the artist, along with other works theyve created. In terms of exposure and discovery, Kuvva is way better than other wallpaper sites. One thing Id like to note is that the review for ver 1.3 by djcaston is inaccurate and unfair. I own a 15" retina MBP, and I would hardly call the app "useless". True, the wallpapers arent optimized for the retina Macs display. But if you review the download size options on Kuvvas site, artist submissions come in 4 pre-defined sizes, the largest of which is 2560x1600. While this comes up a little short to the rMBPs display (which clocks in at 2880x1800), both resolutions are pretty close to one another. So yes, Kuvva doesnt make use of every single pixel available on an rMBP, but the wallpapers still look great. The only gripe I have with the app is that you can only set it to stream two feeds: Kuvvas "Popular" and "Featured Artist" streams. Kuvva allows users to create an optional account with the service, which allows users to "favorite" different wallpapers to build a personal collection of "bookmarked" works over time. However, since Kuvva doesnt have "favorites" as a stream option, it forces users to still have to download and manually set favorited wallpapers using the OSX wallpaper settings, which then defeats the point of having the app installed. I find this to be a glaring issue in regard to usability, and really hope to see it addressed in an update soon. Otherwise, Kuvva is a great app/service thats totally worth having, regardless of your Macs screen resolution.

Although I uninstalled this program from my Mac nearly two months ago, it left its bizarre detritus hanging around. I set my desktop picture to change during every boot and sure enough…a bizarre picture from Kuvva cropped up on my desktop. I tried to find the file, but it was nowhere to be found. Please think twice before installing this program.

I have had this app for a few weeks now. Its set to change my wallpaper every day. It was pretty nice for a while, but apparently Ive already cycled through all the wallpapers because Im getting repeats. Also, it seems as though only a few artists actually have their content on there. Many of the images use similar techniques which isnt good if you dont like them.

I love the app, its absolutely fantastic, and works perfecty on my computer. There is just one thing keeping it from 5 stars in my mind. I wish it would include a shuffle option, so it doesnt play through your favorites all in order. Just mix it up a bit. I have no means of controling the order at all, so why not make it random? As I said though, beautiful app. If that feature was added, it would easily be 5 stars.

The new update does not let you have different wallpapers on different desktops anymore! please fix this!

Its not well with Mission control. The Background is evasive when you use mission control. And the message stay in Notification center even I click on it. Plz fix it.

Wallpapers are nice. Being able to browse on the site is nice. About the artist is nice. Wish I didnt have to be on the main screen for the wallpaper to actually change, but manually change button is nice. Very nice app.

Version 1.4 doesnt support multiple desktops. In previous versions you could have a different background on each desktop. It helped me keep things seperated. The newest udpate now sets the same wallpaper on every desktop which for me is losing a feature. Id prefer an option to choose the way the wallpaper is applied, either to all desktops or the current active desktop.

I have complained about this issue , but the current version still gives the same wallpaper for all the spaces.

It would be great if Kuvva could support a screensaver option based on the desktop background as well!

It would be great if it could work on specific spaces.

The former version of this supported having different wallpapers on each space. Bring it back!!

Hi PPBV, This most recent update makes ALL desktops match and that makes your app extremely UNcool. I am probably going to uninstall b/c of this - please fix pronto, thanks! Apart from this setback, I really really love your app and what you do, sadly this recent change poops the bed for me. Hopefully youll fix, if not take care and good luck!

It is great when it works. However, with the latest update the app seems to really struggle to bring new wallpapers. It takes a few minutes for it to manage to change it. Please fix! Other than that, the wallpapers are awesome!

Anyone else notice the screen "flickering" when coming in and out of mission control? Please Fix!
